Curing bleed and blight shouldnt be considered a perk as there are bandages and potions for that. What plague doctor does compared to other classes is just not good enough imo and he really needs something other than buffing his damage. For his slot you can pick vestal class which also has little damage but has huge heals and stun, you can go for occultist class which is good in every aspect and then there is the jester class which is just amazing with the stackable buff and stress relief (not even going to mention bounty hunter aka GOD OF TACTICIANS). I have reached week 50 without any restarts so far and I am really liking the game (apart from little things like jester not relieving stress from himself everytime he uses stress relief, nonsensical items that give stat bonuses that dont matter, people leaving the estate for more than a week.) my only real issue about the game is the plague doctor class which in any scenerio, unless you have no other choice, is just not worth it to pick up, he does so little damage and has no real tactical advantage other than dealing blight.
